Terms and Conditions

​​These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Allied Health for Life, a mobile allied health provider operating within Australia.

1. Scope of Services

  • Allied Health for Life provides in-home and community-based allied health services, including but not limited to physiotherapy, dietitian, diabetes educator and more.

  • Services may be delivered directly by Allied Health for Life or by qualified subcontractors under our supervision.

2. Appointments and Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments are made via phone, email, or referral channels.

  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows, may incur a full session fee.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to practitioner illness, emergencies, or operational reasons. Clients will be informed as early as possible.

3. Fees, Invoicing, and Payment Terms

  • Our standard fees are communicated at the time of booking or referral.

  • Invoices are issued electronically and are due within 14 calendar days of the issue dates

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete health and personal information

  • Ensure a safe and accessible environment for home visits

  • Notify us of any changes to health, mobility, or medication

 

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • All information collected is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Client data is kept confidential and only shared with third parties where necessary for service delivery or required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to provide high-quality care, Allied Health for Life does not guarantee that all services will be suitable or effective for all individuals. Clients must seek medical advice from a general practitioner for diagnosis and emergency concerns.

  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property on our website, including branding, text, images, and downloadable materials, is owned by Allied Health for Life unless otherwise stated and must not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in NSW.
